NEVER RECEIVED THEM!!! AND THIS COMPANY TOLD ME TO WAIT A MONTH, IF I DON'T GET IT AFTER A MONTH, THEY WILL ISSUE THE REFUND. UNACCEPTABLE AND I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN.
Dear Leigh Dawson,
We sincerely apologize for the delay and completely understand your frustration. 💙
We reviewed your order and confirmed that it has been delayed by approximately two weeks. We have already contacted the shipping carrier and requested an urgent investigation. 📦
Based on your request, we are asking the carrier to confirm whether the package is lost:
🔎 If confirmed lost: We will offer you a full refund or free reshipment, whichever you prefer.
🚚 If it is only delayed: We will ask the carrier to prioritize the shipment and deliver it as soon as possible.
💰 Due to the delay, we will refund your shipping fee as compensation for the inconvenience.
⏰ If the delay exceeds one month: We will issue a full refund unconditionally, so you will not have to wait any longer.
We take responsibility for the inconvenience this delay has caused and sincerely apologize. ❤️ We will continue following up with the carrier and do our best to resolve this as quickly as possible.
